Walking a dolphin (?)

I noticed something strange on the sand the other day when I was driving by the beach. There were several people stopped looking at it. I think it was a dolphin, or an ex-dolphin. It made me wonder if there is any market for tuna-free canned dolphin. This guy may have died of natural causes. Clearly, he did not just beach himself (or she did not just beach herself, I am not sure.)
Anyway, the feral cats in the area had a field day for two days until the dolphin was picked up and taken to the local dolphin cemetary.
